Chris Towoju graduated from the University of Ibadan in 1994 with a B.Sc. Honours in Mechanical Engineering and, has a master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Akure (2001). He started his career in 1996 with Dunlop Nigeria Plc as a Technical Sales Executive. 1997, he joined AG Leventis plc, where he was exposed to commercial and supply chain operations. In 2004, He joined Unilever Plc as Engineering Buyer and progressed to other roles in Supply chain management.

In 2008, he joined Nokia West Africa as the Demand Fulfilment Manager and later returned to Unilever Nigeria Plc as the Sales Operations Manager in 2010. He moved into field sales execution role in 2012 as the Regional Sales Manager in North Central and later, West region.

In 2014, he became the General Sales Manager, North. In March 2016, He joined Dangote Flour Mills as Group Sales operations Manager. In March 2019, he worked briefly with Globacom as the Regional Head, Lagos and in August 2019, he joined UAC Foods Limited as the General Manager, Sales. During his career, he has attended several courses both local and international.
