Stephen Adekogbe is a Seasoned Manager with over 12 years of experience in the Manufacturing Sector (FMCG). A passionate leader who leverages strongly on his people engagement skills, capability building, process optimization, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Stephen prides himself in developing successful teams with sustainable achievements without compromising on professional and ethical standards.

Stephen joined UAC Foods Limited in January 2020 as Operations Manager (Dairies). He oversaw significant growth in the Dairies’ operations and deployed numerous initiatives geared at process optimization.

In 2021, he was promoted to Operations Manager (Snacks), where he similarly oversaw marked improvements, despite a challenging macroeconomic terrain.

Before UAC Foods Limited, he previously held management positions at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, Nigerian Breweries Plc, and Consolidated Breweries Plc.

A natural leader of people, Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, UK.

He also holds a diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management and has attended several trainings and programs.
