Dayo is a seasoned Professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Sales, Customer Service, and Brand Management with outstanding proven records in collaborating with all levels of management teams, developing and re-engineering comprehensive HR functions with strong competency in sales and brand management.

She holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State, and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Lagos State University.

Dayo’s work experience at UACN spans across Quality Assurance, Sales, Marketing, and HR. She has served in several key Management positions such as Customer Service Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Human Resource Manager, Resourcing and Compensation Manager, and currently serves as the General Manager, Human Resources.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and a Professional Member - Nigeria Institute of Marketing (PNIM).

She has attended several trainings locally and internationally such as Leadership conferences in South Africa, PWC HR best practices, LBS Mastering Human Resource Management, Strategic Marketing Management, LBS Talent Management & Succession Planning, and Emotional intelligence amongst others which has helped to harness her skills as a robust business manager.
